      Great learning opportunities but relocation promises unfulfilled

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.

      No OT Long Lunch Hours possibility of 2month bonus with good performance

      Cons

      Layback work culture, mostly olders folks company. No WFH even if your job scope can be done remotely No career growth as old employee still continue to work beyond retirement age
