      Nice campus, and good technology

      In 2023, there were 4 mass layoffs. This encompassed top performers due to already low head count, jeopardizing customers and program launches. It equates to long hours, working weekends, and holidays.

      Good for self learning, You will get a lot to work on. You will be recognized for your work Nice colleagues

      Cons

      Very unstable company. Layoffs have become a quarterly affair. Don’t join if you are looking for a stable company. Company doesn’t want to invest in trainings so you are always thrown to wolves. Too much politics.

      Great products and opportunities in this segment of automotive. A respected Tier 1, but living off past reputation

      Cons

      Toxic culture permeating from Senior Leadership. Have run off the leaders that actually cared about the hard working people in the company. CFO is foul mouthed, morally challenged and inept.
