Need to improve the process in development of new technology

Work environment and Work culture at TCI Bangalore is very bad. Manager behavior is worst Managers/Directors are having lack of knowledge and unexperienced. They will allocate into different project in which our skillset will not match with project. Without matching skill they will allocate work to you. Manager will torcher you to work without having proper knowledge,. Work Environment : too bad, Quality of work: too bad Workload: too much Don't expect any guidance from directors. Here people don't work as a team. Work Life balance is pretty bad at TCI, be prepared to work on Saturday and Sunday. Lot of partiality on the basis of ethnics Poor management and planning from lead, which causes lot of unnecessary load. Career growth is limited as focus is more on deliverables, you will be stuck in one domain. Lot of problems when asking for leave.
