      Pros

      strong exposure to ADAS and vehicle system. lots of opportunity to learn and growth good stepping stone: easy to move later to OEM

      Cons

      less cutting-edge than top tech company such as NVIDIA, Waymo more implementation than innovation work-life balance can fluctuate. compensation is good, but not top-tier frequent management change lay off almost every year

      Pros

      The company has flashy perks (work phone, catered breakfast and lunch). There are a lot of opportunities for stretch projects and growth. They're positioned in an interesting and dynamic place in the market.

      Cons

      Management is overbearing; it is impossible to get anything done because leadership changes their mind constantly. Employee retention is terrible - turnover is very high. There is a lack of ownership when it comes to work and projects. Very fast moving and very demanding for no reason (i.e. last minute changes due to poor planning rather than to shifting priorities or external changes).
