We see our future as being part of the tech world and it's an exciting vision where manufacturing plays an important role as well. This is why we have initiated the Lean 2.0 program in our manufacturing sites, to maximize productivity and to focus on continuous improvement. Our safe restart protocol for ramping up production after the shut-downs during due to COVID-19 are also a good example that we are focussing on safe and best-in-class manufacturing - the protocol was recognized industry-wide as best-practice and adopted by other companies.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide thoughtful feedback. It is true that we can always improve our processes for internal development and growth. While we do not have a job rotation program, we encourage you to always talk to your supervisor and HR about your wishes about development and career progression. It is important to us that you as an employee take the initiative and tell us what you want. In addition, it is always possible to internally apply for open positions in all Aptiv segments and locations.
