This sometimes means working longer hours to finish certain tasks.       Pros

      It was my first job out of college, and I liked most of the people I worked with. I got to work on some interesting stuff.

      Cons

      There was a big age gap when I got hired, as most of the engineers had been there pre ~2008 crash. There was a period there where the company took on a more projects that its personnel count could support, so there was a good chunk of salaried overtime.

As we have been quite succesful at acquiring new projects with customers in recent years, it is sometimes challenging to keep up with hiring. This is why we have built up internal Talent Acquisition teams in key segments and locations to support business needs better and faster. It is also important to us to support work-life balance, and this means that while sometimes you have to work overtime, we want you to take compensation time off.
