      - Great working atmosphere - Good opportunities to grow professionally with company investing in prospective employees - Exciting technologies of the future - Flexible working conditions - Good compensation package and benefits

      Cons

      - Size and inertia of the organization - Level of management scrutiny resulting in lower autonomy at lower levels - IT tools sometimes quite old and not up to current worldwide standards - Sometimes reactive management vs strategic proactive planning - Insufficient dedication at times to promote internal talent rather than looking for it outside
