      Aptiv is tryy to figure out what they are. Constant change and no security. Moving jobs offshore whenever possible.

      very inefficient work culture

      Pros

      competitive compensation package, good/inexpensive food in cafeteria. Lots of time to pursue your own learning/interests within your department.

      Cons

      The company lost a lot of really critical talent and leadership in the Delphi/Aptiv transition which resulted in a lot of re-work/repeating mistakes that had been discovered years ago. There is a lot of re-inventing the wheel with tools and processes and a self handicapping silo work culture which results in a lot of wasted time and effort and damages employee moral.
