We love that you are happy with your overall experience at Aptiv and we want you to know that we take your concerns seriously and are working continuously on improvement measures. We know that we are operating in a very competitive environment and that we have high expectations of our employees so that we always stay ahead of our competition, but our employees' well-being is also of utmost importance to us. This is why we have already begun hiring many new employees to more evenly distribute workload and decrease feelings of pressure, and we are still working on hiring more.
