      Pros

      I love the flexibility of my job and the pay.

      Cons

      Ability to receive job appropriate raises on merit. Raises are negligible, and mid year reviews don't effect pay. Favoritism in the department leads to people being held to different standards inside the department.

      Pros

      Great pay, ability to grow within the company, good benefits.

      Cons

      The amount of change that is happening in such short amount of time. There is not much notice. Needs to be more communication from the higher ups to the branches.
