I cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Lack of communication. Area managers would not answer phones. Contradicting statements about procedural changes every meeting. Area managers were not assisting in the field as we were told they would in case of call outs or having more routes than techs that needed to be completed.

Pros about Aptive is that everyone that you encounter for help or advice, They're there to genuinely help you! A little something we call elevating the tribe! At Aptive you will never feel singled out were a TEAM! The management here is amazing, I went from being a CLS to a Loyalty Manager being with the company for about 1-2 Months. Aptive is always offering new ways to grow with the company! We don't just throw you into a new setting we give you the proper training which is great we even offer extra 1:1 time for training if needed!

Absolutely no con's. Aptive will work with your schedule needs, Pay is AWESOME! Managers are here to help and not doubt your work!

Pros

My supervisor was supportive, my fellow co-workers were supportive and I was able to work fully remote.

Cons

There is a lot of dishonesty; my recruiter lied, HR was aware of it and did not stand behind the offer. For the amount of work you have to do, it does not pay well. The communication was very poor, not only from leadership to representatives, but to customers as well. Sales agents were allowed to be dishonest and this impacted the customer experience in a negative way and there was no resolve. The training was abysmal and there is very little diversity.
