Pros

Best management you can find. All the supervisors are educated, polite and supportive. Decent salary and the employees get their 40 hours even in winter time. During spring and summer there's plenty of overtime and the paycheck is very good. I feel very appreciated and I'd like to work for this company for many more years.

Cons

It's a hard work, but the supervisors are very supportive and make it easier.

- Fair pay, if you are willing to put in the hours. - Supportive and loyal work culture. - Valueable work experience. Would recommend to a friend who is new to the industry.

Cons

- Long hard hours, especially in the summer time. - Work/life balance can be challenging, if you aren't 100% "in it." - Sometimes lacking in the proper equipment for services & customer satisfaction is sometimes valued at expense of the SP's safety.
