      Everyone is very personable and fun to be around. You can gain some great friendships with employees. It is a fun environment to work in.

      Cons

      The call center is not open to customers 24/7.

      Great company to work for. Management cares about their employees; they set goals, give incentives, look for feedback and encourage employee growth. Aptive is accommodating with their employees schedule. As a company they set goals and communicate with employees.
