Pros

Let’s get this out the way first. The training is long and sucks through and through. The management was very relaxed and it was very simple to walk in and talk to them about anything. I received my company vehicle with in the first week and I was on my on from that point. Once you learn the rope you won’t have any issues as long as you don’t mind bugs. Probably one of the best jobs I’ve had.The company offers a lot of incentives during the summer for doing basically the same things you do every day.

Cons

Some of the customers you come across will try to question your knowledge. Most of the time it’s a way to get out of paying for their service. You have to worry about dogs/wildlife/aggressive insects. Pay could be better

Pros

No commute cost and a service that a lot of people rely on. Summer bonus and incentives are really nice and the Picnic and Banquet was a nice gesture.

Cons

No work life balance, if you ever felt over worked and underpaid that’s how I felt everyday when I went to work. On a daily my lunch was only 15-20 minutes and I worked an average of 10 hours a day. Management never recognized individuals who provided excellent service via the feedback from customers. Office staff have no clue of the job of a Service Professional which can be very stressful at times. The turn over rate is horrible which have you working behind a lot of people who don’t care about the job. No health insurance and if you are sick you have to provide a doctor note which means a job that pay you 13.50 an hour require you to create a health care bill at an Emergency Room or pay out of the pocket to a Urgent Care. I also witnessed someone get a pronation without the position being announced as vacant, and was giving to someone who had less seniority and personality than others.

Pros

Get lots of hours, option to advance within time, they promote from within. Great team and environment to work in. Get to meets lots of cool people.

Cons

Just work alot, no shortage of hours that's for sure, but that could be a plus for some people. Work life balance is a bit off just because of alot of hours. But they have worked with me on that. So no problems.
