      There is no ceiling to what you can achieve and they have developed a culture of hard work, success, and dedication. Great training and resources to help you succeed. Really amazing incentives for achieving difficult tasks.

      Hard work and a long schedule. Can be very demanding and requires a lot more time and focus than any other job you can do.

      Pros

      Aptive is an incredible company that cares deeply about each one of their employees. The training is HIGHLY useful and leads to success both in and out of the job. The pay is great and tons of potential to move up in the company and improve. There is so much personal, mental, emotional, and financial growth in this job.

      Hard/long hours. You spend your entire summer doing the same thing every day.
