Pros
Depending on your branch you will meet some cool people. Easy training Not much of a stressful job
Cons
The pay.... 10.00 an hour for a desk job is not a livable wage in any state. It is not a hard job, but you need to pay your employees more. 11.00 an hour for service techs that work in all sorts of weather. If other branches are making more then that’s very disappointing. There are quite a few things to do in the office, and we deal with combative customers who feel like they were swindled into a year round pest control company
