      Pros

      Management is awesome and the employees are amazing. In this company they have created a culture of respect and solidarity that is hard to find anywhere else. The salary is not very high, but there's plenty of overtime so you can make a good money... Also they give a 100 dollars bonus every week just for been on time and and show out to work, really amazing. I am so blessed I work for them here in Illinois.

      Honestly I cannot find any cons, the guys are amazing.
