      Pros

      Some wonderful supervisors within the administrative side of the company will help you grow your career. The work-life balance was decent. Depending on the department director, they make sure resources are available to find ways to show gratitude for hard-working employees.

      Cons

      There is a massive lack of transparency and poor communication. With constant changes effective communication from the top down is essential. A good handful of leaders within the company don't seem to genuinely live and honor the values the company was built on. Also, the company has sold out and is outsourcing all the positions they are able to or replacing humans with AI.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites You don't get paid drive time to and from home. During summer, you're lucky to even be home by 9 pm. Goes through many employees, the turnover rate is high Does not care about customers or employees. Company only cares about numbers.

      There seems to be a hierarchy at this company. They don't take complaints seriously. The Tucson OM is a total liar, is biased and will fabricate stories just to make himself look better THE PAY IS NOT WORTH IT. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPENSATION.
