Plain and simple - Expect 60+ hour work weeks

Any sales commission they don’t pay you they keep for themselves. So some guys work their butts off the whole summer and the manager still makes more off of their sales than they did. Also, the aptive pest service really isn’t that good. The first service usually is incredible but subsequent services leave a lot of customers unhappy.
