      Pros

      You will get sued if you try and continue your sales career within 3 years of working for Aptive.

      Cons

      They lie about everything they do and will say anything to get you to come sell. They don't pay you on close to half of your accounts and even the ones that go in the ground always have problems because the technicians are so bad. The accounts that you think are going to stay end up cancelling because the products and service are so bad you cannot expect more that 60% of your accounts to say active. Super sucky company anywhere else would be a better place to work!

      Pros

      You receive your own truck to take home which is always nice and awesome to save on gas. Co workers on your level are usually nice.

      Cons

      Management only has one thing on their mind and that is getting sales anyway they can no matter how they have to sale it. They pay for the type of work is absurd to the fact you have to be state certified to make barley above minimum wage .
