Pros

-Good benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc) -Company phone and vehicle are included. -Good work atmosphere, though I’m sure this varies between branches. -Top performers receive an all inclusive vacation to Cancun. -Great if you like being outdoors, and not stuck behind a desk.

Cons

-Corporate makes frequent changes without consulting the technicians, and can be overbearing at times.

Pros

Aptive does a great job recognizing and rewarding high-performing employees. One of the biggest highlights for me was being selected for the Circle of Excellence (COE) trip—a yearly reward for top-performing technicians across the country. This year’s trip was to a beautiful beachfront resort in Cancun, Mexico, with all expenses covered. The company went all out—great food, drinks, accommodations, and time to relax and enjoy the rewards of our hard work. It’s a clear sign that Aptive values its team and creates memorable experiences for those who go the extra mile.

Cons

Like many performance-based roles, it can be demanding at times, especially during peak seasons. Success here definitely takes hustle and consistency.
