      Pros

      Made really good money in the summer and the benefits are good

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible job outside of the summer. 40 hours were never met, management was never organized or communicated. You can go to sleep with a route for the next day and wake up with it gone and be forced to lose a whole work day

      Easy schedule, extremely generous compensation, wonderful team.

      Constantly growing, so some times there’s weird mix up’s. They usually are resolved quickly

      Very Good Opportunity With Tough Work

      Pros

      The salary is great and honestly the sales aspects of the job are the reason why I'm still there and enjoying my time.

      Cons

      It's pretty tough conditions to be working in during the summer heat or even the storms rolling through. In addition, the amount of rejections you get is quite a lot but that's something which is very manageable.
