Great company to work for if your wanting to understand how a company operates. Many entrepreneurs would thrive in an environment like this to understand how negotiations work, clients needs and wants.

Cons

Environment may not be for everyone as hours are long and hard. You will work hard and have to grind to succeed in this type of industry.

I enjoyed working with great co-workers and building team together.

Cons

Company has its growing pains to be expected however, like any other company each branch is different and each branch has its own culture. It is unfortunate that some employees don't share the same goal for any branch and the unfortunate inevitable crabs in a bucket mentality arises.

Pros

1/25 - 1/3 of time spent clocked in is driving. Positive customer interactions. Doing your job right, even if you're a little slow, gets recognized. No former education is needed. Work paid vehicle/gas.

Cons

It gets a little lonely at times. Some employees don't advance after working there for a year plus. Some days are unpredictable, as far as knowing how long appointments are going to take, and during the summer especially, you could get off hours later.
