You are nothing but a number to these people. They will lie to you and tell you you’re gonna make a ton of money but that is a lie because a lot of your sales will cancel because their service sucks. From top to bottom this company is a scam from the way they pay reps to their pest control service. Do not trust a single word these people say and have a lawyer read through the contract before you sign it because if for whatever reason you cannot finish the summer you will owe these people money. If you’re only looking for sales experience then this is a great place for you because you will learn a lot in the field. Personally my manager gave us terrible advice and wanted us to pressure people into buying. I’d advise you to stay away from this company because these people will lie to you from day one and not miss a beat. You also will be illegally soliciting because the company is too cheap to buy their reps soliciting license. Also this is coming from the top sales representative in his region. They offered me a bunch of “lies” to sign with them for next summer but I said no respectfully.
