      Lack of structure and support, not enough pay for what they actually want you to be doing. Break it all down, and I was making $12 an hour at a 63k salaried job.

      Pros

      not stuck in an office, able to enjoy being outside even on rainy or snowy days. You manage your overtime; I had overtime every week. They give you a work phone and you have a 401k.

      Cons

      Alot of labor intensive work. Driving in a work truck for 10 hours, 6 days a week. Communication needs work .

      Amazing team, amazing customers and experiences

      Cons

      Each area brings in atleast $500,000 a month but our “raise” is hitting bonus to “add” to the hourly pay
