      Pros

      Fast growing company provides for many management opportunities, has vision and path for becoming a top 3 pest provider in the United States, always seeking to improve and innovate the customer and employee journey, employees opinions matter to management as they seek to improve their job quality and work/home balance.

      Cons

      If seeking upper management positions relocation to different states and locations is generally required; however, there are many locations to choose from. I have relocated twice and have been happy with both locations.

      Pros

      Aptive genuinely shows that they care about their employees and customers. There’s never been a time where I have felt let down or unheard by anyone. This company has helped me grow as leader in and outside of work.

      Cons

      I would say Aptive could improve on their communication overall.
