      Great benefits Shared Company suite Fun company activities that you are encourage to bring friends/family to. Reasonable work flexibility Great leadership

      Its not glamorous to tell people you work for a pest control company

      Pros

      Aptive has been an amazing place to work. I love the culture here and my managers have always been so invested in my career development and growth here at Aptive. I would 10/10 recommend this company as a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con I would say is I wish they had more holidays off. They don't give you Presidents Day, MLK Jr. Day, or even Christmas eve off. The PTO they offer is fair. I just wish the holidays that my friends and family have off, we would have off as well. They also only give a standard 6 weeks off for Maternity leave. At other competing companies I have seen this area of Benefits be better. Hoping for change in this area!

      A Fantastic Environment

      Pros

      I love that within my department there is a perfect balance between work and life that I've never experienced anywhere else. I feel pushed to succeed without incessant micro-managing. It really is a great environment here.

      Cons

      My only gripe is that within the position I am currently in, there doesn't seem like there isn't much room for career advancement. I work hard and try to excel in all areas of my job yet it can feel unappreciated or overlooked.
