Cons
This company routinely lies to the customers and the employees. The office will blame their mistakes on the service pro and let you deal with the upset customer in person. They will change your route several times a day and have you driving over 100miles a day with poorly constructed routes. They will schedule your route all over God's creation one day only to have you doing stops in the same area as the day before. The salesmen will promise complete lies to the customer to get the sale and then let the service pro break the bad news to the customer. They will "accidentally" mess up your overtime pay on a consistent basis and like to you about why it got messed up. If you work over 80 hours everything after that is supposed to be time and a half. They don't care about the employee or the customer they only care about the money
