      Pros

      Good pay. Aptive offers alot of incentive pay. Bonus $ for customer upgrades and renewals. Overtime always available and well as extra bonus money for holiday pay.

      Cons

      If your looking for a part time job, this may not be the right job for you.

      No ending time you get off when your shift is done otherwise there's really no cons

      Pros

      There’s plenty of opportunity here if you’re looking for either more hours or extra shifts and especially with the different set of bonuses they offer each month. The benefits offered are nice in my opinion.

      Cons

      The company attempts to maximize profits and production in a way that I feel makes the job a lot harder on specifically technicians like myself. The hours get long during the summer and at times you can expect to leave home somewhere after 7 am and arrive home around the same time in the afternoon. A lot of customers have had a bad experience with the company and a lot of the time you’ll be a target to release these frustrations as it’s very difficult to reach customer service or a supervisor.
