      Good benefits and overtime take truck home company phone and gas card

      Cons

      Management is disrespectful HR doesn’t care about the employee handbook only forces it when it works for them. Got fired for my manager forging my times

      Pros

      Management is Leadership and that makes the difference . My leaders get into the field with us , can do the same job , help me when I need help and genuinely care about you , your family and your health !!!

      Cons

      It’s hot outside …. That’s it , you have a van provided with Ac , a nice Aptive water bottle to stay hydrated and snacks at arms reach .

      Pros

      You are in control of when you get out of work,you get to decide how your day looks based on your skills and efficiency. Thats what i love about my job. I work in my pace and no one slows me down. I work at my pace in my comfort zone. You also have the opportunity to earn extra money at each service you do. There is so much money to be made BUT it is all up to YOU wheter you are motivated to get it.

      I cant really pick out any cons here,aptive provides alot of resources for us & i am very thankful for that.
