Very Very low profile management. If they found low wages people in market, they remove existing people and replace. Extremely unethical, will do anything to make their profits. That includes flat out deceit, lying and other unscrupulous activities. They treat their software consultants like dirt, and have no respect or loyalty towards any employee's
