Pros

-Working Outside -Most Co-workers are friendly - Accessibility to management -Weekly company meetings allow for real problem solving and support

Cons

- No benefits - PAY -Working outside 24/7 regardless of weather. You must be out working constantly regardless of weather and amount of work you actually have to do. -The industry is terrible. Long days, high stress. Your workforce are teenagers and your clients are HOA's. -Work life balance is non-existent -No real upward mobility. -Ownership/Upper management will put their faith is the biggest screw ups and vouch for them over and over as everything burns around them.
