Pros

Very up and coming extremely talented individuals that work very hard. They balance work with some very nice social events. Loved working in a company that utilized new technology.

Cons

As Heidi Klum would say - one day you're in and the next day you're out. Staffing was forever fluxuating. If you didn't do things their way regardless of your expertise, you're out! Their turnover rate is excessive as they do not carry a bench.

Pros

I spent five fairly happy years at Aquilent, and I learned a great deal from my colleagues. The company is just small enough that you can feel like you're making a difference *if* you're willing to put in the work and reach beyond your job description. If you get involved in Business Development there, then you've got it made. The culture is very collegial. The consultants there are very bright, but you don't get a lot of hyper-inflated egos.

Cons

If you're not careful, you can find yourself body-shopped onto a long-term drudge gig. One of the members of the senior leadership is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He can be nice to you one day and then really insulting the next.

Pros

They are really nice when they want to be. Nice selection of coffee and tea. Good pay.

Cons

Very little collaboration between teams. People turn their backs on you in an instant. Infrequent feedback from management if your project isn't one of the big ones. People aren't given a chance to grow and move on to new roles. There is very little training available; you are thrown to the wolves so to speak. Management doesn't go to bat for the employees if it means rocking the boat with their clients.
