Terrible culture

Pros

None--the headquarters is old and outdated and benefits were terrible.

Cons

Everything--leadership is comprised of good old boys club members and founders. No one is cutting edge. Company will work you til you're dead and then say it's laying everyone off. HR is a total joke and will not listen to anything constructive to help take them out of 1970-1980.

Pros

Excellent training, commission and environment.

Cons

Unsteady income. Appointments are not always confirmed nor qualified. Freedom and schedule management is not longer a benefit. Outside sales people are required to work 3 shifts a day, morning, afternoon and nights. Only 1 day off a week.
