      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great product, good commission. Some great installers, schedulers and finance people who know what they are doing that are wonderful to work with when you need them.

      Cons

      Not a set work schedule, but typically plan on being away from home 6 days a week every evening 4pm-11pm, sometimes later. Lots of wear and tear on vehicle because of driving. Very little support and room for growth.
