Had to do a lot for myself, not exactly the role I thought I would be doing

Pros

If you are lucky there will be some opportunities for travel and you may get to participate in some interesting projects.

Cons

A2L management team has absolutely no idea what is going on with the program at any given time. If you are stuck with terrible direct managers at your location you are really out of luck for an entire year. Many superiors either have no idea what the purpose of the A2L program is or they just do not care. Your professional development will be put on a back burner. Within this program you will either be worked to death and thrown into huge situations way above your experience level OR be used for busy work and a fill in cashier. There is not a middle ground so neither option is ideal.
