Pros
Very intelligent GM's. Decent pay. Car allowance for managers and sales professionals is top notch. A lot of great people to work with.
Cons
Executive level micromanagement. GM's and DM's are overworked and underpaid. Very little home work life balance with high expectations. Bonuses are made hard to obtain but seem very enticing at first. Seems to be a lot of "guessing" at SOP's from people who haven't spent time in the field or are at least out of touch with current market. And last but certainly not least, price increases. Very competitive market and price increases cause too much lost business (which means no bonus). Price increases may be great for company growth, but growth is irrelevant if you lose the business. Contracts seem to lose validity.
