Pros

Decent pay, stability, trying to modernize and company moving in the right direction overall

Cons

Company is behind the times in almost every aspect of business; trying to modernize and streamline but the process has been extremely rough for the front line due to rushed roll outs, limited resources, and lack of local leadership; no recognition or thanks for those who actually care and work hard

Good Compensation, Excellent benefits, Very easy to reach Human Resources. Very Up to date Vehicles

Cons

Upper Management makes changes without input from Local Management/Service centers.Input from Drivers and Warehouse seem to be ignored

Good Benefits, Opportunity to move within lines of business and re-locate for greater diversity experiences.

Cons

Constant Unstable Regional and District alignment. Upper Management over whelmed with overburden of accountable areas. Business Dining West Region poorly managed with HR, DM and VP. East coast, South and Heartland Districts were aligned for greater efficiency as well as company longevity and loyalty.
