Pros

No work-life balance, no respect and no breaks. There are no pros.

Cons

Leadership is morally bankrupt. Also, failed to issue paychecks to employees.

Pros

In B&I and have most weekends off and evenings too.. Hours can be long, usually from early morning to late afternoon. Good company benefits and a nice 410K plan

Cons

If you loose you account for reasons that you can't control you could be out of a job. You can cover over accounts if your colleagues go on vacation, but this usually involves you being willing to travel far and work lounger hours, while learning how they do things at their account.
