Pros

Some team members can become life long friends other than that unless you get into the inner circle it is a place to collect a paycheck.

Cons

No organization, no communication, there is no chance of growth, favortism is very high, nobody understands what their job is, employees morale is so low that their jobs are imapcted, there is a need for a lot of improvement however there is no opportunity to make these improvements.

Pros

The lower management people form a cohesive network that is a great support system for other managers. The front line employees make the company run.

Cons

Total lack of respect from upper management for the compentent managers and chefs. They make broad judgements on accounts with out actully spending any time in the field seeing the daily issues faced by the front line employees.

Pros

Some of the pros at working at Aramark were to see how many accounts were cherry picked out of my territory before it was assigned too me so I know all the sales I couldnt get.

Cons

Upper management is not sure of themselves. Whenever a manager makes fun of his current sales reps to you, then you know he makes fun of you to them, not a good idea. Upper management is good at stretching the truth. Try to get a hold of upper management on a Friday afternoon...good luck! They are most likely out caressing the greens or playing tennis, yes I know these are not real sports they are girly sports. I always thought that upper management were to lead by example and not take advantage of the system. Well, not in this case. Not to mention, they treat the employees on the floor as if they are from a different planet, this just shows me how shallow they are.
