Pros

There are good people who truly care.

Cons

Toxicity is encouraged. Egos are more important than missions. Anyone who stands up for what is right is silenced.

Pros

-gained valuable experience within the hospitality and food and beverage industry which is a plus -made some lasting friendships with coworkers and learned so much from them

Cons

Where do I even begin?? This place has had a new manager every year with turnout in managerial roles. Employees who have shown loyalty to this company and provided years of hard work and dedication were given no support when asked, managers preach positive company culture but can't be bothered to even acknowledge your existence, keep you in the dark about major decisions, and only care to step up if it benefits/makes them look good to upper management. Those in upper management were awful, unprofessional, demeaning, petty, and selfish. Support was never given, accountability is never taken, communication was non-existent, and manager was insane. Too much more for me to say, but even if you're desperate for a job, DO NOT WORK HERE!
