Large corporate company, uninspiring culture. $1.4B in profits and only offered a 2.5% annual raise. They say it's a good company that promotes within, I have found internal recruiters to be unresponsive when looking for new opportunities. Also, no one internally can assist with healthcare insurance questions, it's all outsourced to people that can't answer Aramark specific questions. Worst healthcare onboarding experience ever.
