Pros

Hybrid work schedule, great PTO / Vacation and benefits.

Cons

No accountability to leadership for addressing legal issues. HR does not care about retaining great talent and allows employees to be bullied. No clear procedures and favoritism exist in department. It is very interesting because the payroll department feels like a separate entity than Aramark. It seems like the payroll department did not get the understanding of the culture. A lot of bullying and intimidating things happen there. No innovation, no clear direction, micromanaging, nothing is getting done and it results in Aramark paying lots of penalties. Would not think of going back there.

Pros

Good benefits. Great for veterans or reservist. Competitive pay. Lots of training and certifications available.

Cons

Tends to focus on external hires instead of internal development and promotion. Transparency between management levels is rare.
