Pros

Flexibility in your work schedule

Cons

Management lacks in communication, the leadership team seems to not know what they are doing(you have a lot of people on the leadership team and not one person knows how to use their brain), they never reach out to us, the subordinates for ideas when we are the ones who are actively doing our jobs everyday and knows what is working and what isn't working, the team obviously has favorites!! They go to the same people everytime for special projects, other members on the team can't grow and develop in talent acquisition if you're not allowing them to show what they can do. They are very secretive about everything, which makes them look sneaky and suspicious. If a team member goes to a career fair, leadership tells them to not tell the other team members and I don't understand why. If a team member goes to a career fair and when they come back, they can let us know what they did and learned. The pay is terrible compared to market value
