Pros
The best part of working at ARAMARK is that they pay above the standard. I started off with $13 an hour. The health care benefits were affordable as well.
Cons
The cons about the job were the lack of workers. I closed nights and that was when we were the busiest. I needed a porter for nights to keep the restaurant clean. Many of the manager's refused to work nights so the same people were stuck working nights.
