Pros
Employees at restaurants were (sometimes) allowed free food during their extremely short breaks, when they were allowed a break.
Cons
Threatened with termination for wearing PPE, or trying to follow basic heavy machinery safety Absolutely disregard for food safety Incredibly unsanitary and dangerous working conditions due to faulty equipment and facilities Virtually no OSHA compliance whatsoever, multiple employees severely injured without changes Attempting to use a scrip system to "reward" employees instead of actual raises/bonuses Management style can be summed up by employees being berated for not remaining silent while mopping after closing, or ordered to sanitize a still-wet countertop just to appear busy
