Pros

Valuable experience, diversity of people, knowledgeable managers, depending on location; easy to move up the ladder

Cons

Can have varying degrees of discipline depending on location, many managers "get by" by cutting corners

Pros

Job was a good place to start. Inside sales. Five day work week and very few reports to write. You have a chance to increase wages if you are good at it and can develop relationships.

Cons

Base salary is poor and commission plan seems to change every other week. Promotions to management tend to be based more on how well you suck up to management rather than be good at what you do.

Good job to learn sales

Pros

They have a strong and thorough sales training program. Plan on spending a year there to gain training and experience. Just do not let them break your spirit.

Cons

They play favorites with leads, service dept is corrupt and miserable. You are expected to sell a service level that the service dept cannot deliver. That is why I say, get experience/training and keep looking. Very depressing atmosphere, high turnover and poor morale.
