Miserable experience

Pros

Learned to become callous, cold and uncaring. Unafraid to make mistakes and learn from them. I do admire my GM and feels he is trying his hardest. Unfortunately, we'll all be fired before things can turn around.

Cons

Hours, promised 40 to 45/week at interview. Reality is 65 to 80 hours/week. Constantly dealing with frustrated, angry customers and employees. Equipment breaks down faster than you can say your name. Constant price increases which creates a tense, overworked atmosphere.
