People are great but senior management is an absolute mess!!

Pros

Company is financially stable and there are unlimited opportunites if you are able to relocate.

Cons

No clear and sustainable direction and too many changes every 3 months. It seems as though all the decisions have been knee jerk to save their (upper management) jobs and will not be sustainable for the long term. Managers are constantly threatned to perform or they will be terminated.

Highest Commission Pay for Route Sales Representatives in the Industry.

Cons

Unethical. Charge Customers for Product and Services the Customer never receives. Charge Customers for EasyCare Maintenance of Uniforms weekly, but rarely change garments out. Charge Customers Damage/Ruin charges for Garments that are 3,5,7 years old... Customers WILL receive 3-5 Price Increases per Year due to Management not being able to Manage the Business, so they put it on the backs of Customers. When Diesel Prices and Natural Gas prices go up Aramark increases Customers' Service Charge, but when it lowers, the Service Charge WILL NEVER be adjusted...
