Pros

Aramark has a comprehensive training and room to move up and around the country. Also the many divisions and departments allow you to gain a diverse skill set.

Cons

The only cons that I can think of are the red tape involved when new equipment is needed but the roadblocks were mainly in middle management. Overall it was a good place to work

Pros

- Very good working environment. People are very helpful and friendly - Flex-time - Defined benefit pension plan - 50% tuition reimbursement - 100% professional membership fee reimbursement - In-house training

Cons

- Low compensation. - US based company, so the Canadian Senior Management does not have enough power to make the best decisions for the Canadian market. - High employee turnover

Pros

We received an employee discount on all products.

Cons

Customer service and their employees are not their main focus. It seems as though their business model is reprimand employee issues, as opposed to taking a closer look to discover the root cause of employee discontent. Their business operations are disorganized at best unless it concerns a price increase.
